Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify invoices for payment

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information and payment history

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and ensure timely payment of invoices

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
