Accounting Clerk Job Description

IDEX Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform general accounting duties, including data entry and filing
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Related post-secondary diploma in Accounting or Business
  • Minimum of two (2) years accounting experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
