About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AgSolutions Grower Representative to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Agricultural Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving accelerated sales growth of BASF's new innovations to assigned growers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top growers, retail partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and identify potential sales leads
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to BASF's Marketing team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or a technical background in an agricultural-related field
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers and internal partners
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel overnight on a weekly basis
