  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma, with a concentration in Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with a degree or 4 years' experience with a Diploma. Professional experience in sales, or a technical background within an agricultural-related field.
  • Completion of BASF Technical Training modules over 1 year (core products, additional products, solutions selling, and product satisfaction training).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong, successful business relationships with customers as well as internal teammates.
  • An ability to self-manage time and resources and to allocate time and energy appropriately, resulting in achievement of goals.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • An ability to embrace BASF CRM Systems.
  • An ability to travel overnight/weekly 15%, local travel 75%.
