About the Role:

Easylife Multiservices ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures, supervising other workers, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Supervise other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment:

  • Permanent
  • 35 hours per week
