About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at House of India. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
