Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in managing inventory, tracking parts, and coordinating with production departments.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate records of service cycles and other maintenance activities
- Processing purchase orders and tracking parts through the Avantis system
- Collaborating with vendors on parts purchases and rush orders
- Ensuring alignment with production schedules and developing cost-effective solutions
- Prioritizing work orders and estimating time and manpower for larger jobs
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP).
