Senior Business Development Manager

At 570 The Dominion of Canada General, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing a sales territory through inside and outside sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities that align with our company's profile and exceed production goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers, policyholders, and internal customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor intelligence, and market analysis to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams, home office, and business centers to ensure alignment on product, pricing, and broker management decisions.
- Minimum 5 years of insurance sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with a valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- University or college degree preferred, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
