About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Consultant to join our team at Daimler Trucks North America LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation through the effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
  • Digital Solutions Development: Oversee the planning, design, development, and implementation of user-friendly digital solutions and enhancements, managing the entire lifecycle of digital products.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze and optimize existing business functions, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
  • SAP Expertise: Harmonize, optimize, and integrate SAP processes and solutions across multiple business units and applications, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support the SAP consulting and support teams, providing expert guidance and leadership to drive business results.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication, working relationships, and agreements with internal business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in IT and/or Industrial/Economical Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience: 5+ years working experience within Information Technology, with expertise in Logistics (LO) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, and 3+ years of working experience as a project manager and business consultant.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with strong analysis and critical thinking skills, and a solid understanding of SAP FICO and master data systems.
