Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our consulting and business advisory team as an Intermediate / Senior Business Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a generalist public accounting background, with experience in financial reporting, tax, and accounting-adjacent consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and management reports
  • Provide fractional CFO and controllership assistance to clients, including helping companies with financial planning and budgeting
  • Assist clients with merger and acquisition transactions, including due diligence and integration planning
  • Review and improve clients' internal controls and processes
  • Assist clients with accounting system clean-ups and software migrations

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • Experience with working paper software and tax preparation software
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. We are committed to providing a warm and welcoming work environment, where everyone is heard and valued.
