About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Digital Solutions Development: Oversee the planning, design, development, and implementation of user-friendly digital solutions and enhancements, managing the entire lifecycle of digital products.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze and optimize existing business functions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
  • SAP Process Optimization: Harmonize, optimize, and integrate SAP processes and solutions across multiple business units and applications, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support the SAP consulting and support teams, providing expert guidance and leadership to drive business results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective communication, working relationships, and agreements with internal business units, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring successful collaboration and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in IT and/or Industrial/Economical Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience: 5+ years working experience within Information Technology, with a strong background in SAP and/or SAP-based applications.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of Logistics (LO) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, and strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Certifications: Certified PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner is an asset.
