- Assist clients with merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions from start to finish.
- Assist clients with accounting system clean-ups and software migrations.
- Undergraduate degree with a specialization in accounting.
- Experience with working paper software such as Caseware, CCH Engagement, or other.
- Knowledge of corporate and personal income tax rules.
- Experience with tax preparation software such as TaxPrep, Profile, or other.
- Experience in any accounting-adjacent consulting or business advisory work is considered a strong asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
