Key Responsibilities- Manage effective communication and working relationships with internal business partners, IT teams, and vendors.
- Act as a strategic liaison and project manager for medium and small-sized IT-related projects.
- Plan, design, develop, and launch new end-to-end and easy-to-use digital solutions and enhancements.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of digital products, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Analyze and optimize existing business functions, harmonizing and integrating SAP processes and solutions across multiple business units and applications.
- Champion continuous improvement within the SAP function, mentoring and supporting the SAP consulting and support teams.
- Provide expert advice and resolve complex SAP-related issues, developing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with internal business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Gain a deep understanding of internal business processes and value chains, acting as a strategic liaison between business units and IT, leveraging cross-divisional synergies.
- Provide expert guidance to align IT initiatives with business objectives and strategies, staying abreast of emerging IT technologies and trends.
- Assess and advise on the impact of technology on business models, identifying opportunities for innovation and exploring new revenue streams through IT-driven initiatives.
- Lead and inspire a cultural shift in line with Leadership principles and departmental strategies, fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment.
- University degree in IT and/or Industrial/Economical Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
- 5+ years of working experience within Information Technology, with expert knowledge of Logistics (LO) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
- 3+ years of working experience as a project manager and business consultant, with the ability to work on intercultural projects and/or with intercultural teams.
- Very good understanding of the automotive industry Finance & Controlling processes and the corresponding value chains.
- Solid understanding of SAP FICO and master data system is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to express complex and/or technical information in business management terms.
- Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills, as well as strong strategic thinking.
- General 'tech-savvy' and up to date with current technology and trends.
- Certified PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner is an asset.
