Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the upgrade of our Public Safety Radio Network (PSRN), one of the largest and most complex public safety radio networks in North America.

Foilcon is a leading organization in public safety radio network infrastructure, serving over 38,000 front-line responders across Ontario. Our mission is to provide reliable and efficient communication technology to keep Ontarians safe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee large complex programs and projects, including schedules, risks, and contractual deliverables.
  • Ensure accountability for a portfolio of interrelated contracts, contract deliverables, project team(s) and ministry partners to complete and manage all required aspects of the program.
  • Work with project team(s) to ensure successful delivery for the PSRN program.
Requirements
  • Develop program and project plans that identify resource, time, and budgetary needs within the contracted scope.
  • Advanced level subject matter expertise in contract management for a large scale, complex portfolio of interrelated contracts.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice and guidance on opportunities to address complex contract challenges or vendor performance issues.
Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced program management concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience leading portfolio level planning sessions involving multiple projects across a large program.
  • Strong experience as a subject matter expert in contract management in the OPS.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $5999 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
