Project Manager Leader for Public Safety Radio Network

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Leader to support the successful implementation of the Public Safety Radio Network Project. This role will involve coordinating activities across multiple streams, scheduling resources, and ensuring optimal integration with other groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Project Managers or Portfolio Leads in managing activities across various projects
- Perform day-to-day project coordination and administration tasks, including tracking, reporting, and facilitating resolution of issues and risks
- Collaborate with other groups to ensure seamless integration and optimal outcomes
- Assist in creating project artefacts, such as scorecards, status reports, and management reports
- Perform analysis using tools like Excel and provide input to management reports
- Demonstrated experience in I&IT project management
- High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
