Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
- Establish work schedules to meet customer demand and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
