Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Tim Horton's is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new food service staff to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
