Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure quality and freshness
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
