Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing performance feedback and coaching
  • Prepare and submit reports on team performance, highlighting areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to train staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
