We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our corporate services department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Board of Directors and ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate governance processes.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including preparing agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials
