Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Marketing and Ad Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing to execute marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives that drive brand awareness and promote our sesame products to our target audience through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Advertising Coordination: Support the management of digital advertising efforts, including campaign setup, monitoring performance, and making optimization recommendations.
- Content Assistance: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and the Director of Communications to create marketing collateral, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and other visual assets.
- Social Media Engagement: Assist in managing our social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Analytics and Reporting: Help track and analyze key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives. Assist in generating reports to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
Creativity and a passion for marketing, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to campaign development.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
