French Bilingual Contact Center Representative II

We are seeking a highly skilled French Bilingual Contact Center Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services.
- Offer comprehensive product knowledge and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
