Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Account Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Promote and sell our products and services to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
