At AMEX, we're looking for a skilled Project Management Executive to lead and support projects from inception to delivery.

Job Description
  • Support in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, issues, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to project management processes and methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus incentives and benefits that support your holistic well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and champion a project from conception through to implementation and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven organizational abilities, with a track record of setting priorities and managing tasks to drive results.
