Our ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, extensive knowledge of interior design software, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 per year for this position, taking into account the current market rate for similar positions in the industry. This figure is based on the required skills and qualifications outlined below.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results;
  • Develop and implement design concepts that meet client needs and exceed expectations;
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Conduct site visits to inspect ongoing projects and provide guidance as needed;
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project outcomes;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design project management, preferably in the commercial sector;
  • Extensive knowledge of interior design software, including ARCHICAD, SolidWorks, 3D graphic software, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, MS Excel, and MS Word;
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on quality control and consistency;
