We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team at Greekology. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to clients and the public.

You will also be responsible for obtaining and processing information required to provide customer service, recording and relaying information, scheduling and confirming appointments, receiving and issuing payments, and performing clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages, providing customer service, and handling screening questions.

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
