Team Auction's main office is in Drayton Valley, Alberta. We have 5 locations in total (Drayton Valley, Edmonton, Fairview, Taber and Kamloops, BC). Our low commission rates and aggressive marketing strategies help our customers sell and buy items successfully. Team Auctions is proud to have won awards for "Best Marketing Website".
We are currently looking for someone to help guarantee office efficiency in our Head Office location as the company grows.
- **Main Objective**_
The main objective of the Office Administrator at Team Auctions is to provide comprehensive administrative support to company executives and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Support executives and management by providing high level administrative assistance, to assigned leadership.
- Coordinate meetings and events: schedule and arrange internal and external meetings and company events, ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Ensure efficient office operations by overseeing day-to-day office activities, including organizing files, managing office supplies, office correspondence and postage, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring smooth office functionality.
- Arrange and coordinate company travel, and accommodation as required.
- Organize, maintain, and manage company accounts, records, documents, and files, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and secure.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling office communication, and providing support to clients, visitors, or staff when necessary.
- **Qualifications**_
- High school diploma required or equivalent.
- **Working Conditions**_
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Overtime must be pre-approved by the manager.
- **Physical Requirements**_
May have to lift up to 50lbs.
- **Psychological Demands**_
Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, problem solve, read or write, speak publicly, or interpret data.

- Must be reliable, proactive and be able to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures and recordkeeping systems.
- Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
