Executive Chef for Beagle Pub

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Beagle Pub. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials in collaboration with our culinary team
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of food quality and service
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices for ingredients and equipment
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading a kitchen team and delivering exceptional food quality
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (an asset)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
