Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at PAL TAX & FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Record Keeping: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Team Support: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, and recruit and hire staff as needed.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
