About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Manage the restaurant's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and minimize waste.
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet our high standards.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive a positive experience, and that their needs are met.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
    • Conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
