Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
  • Work with customers to provide expert technical advice and solutions
  • Lead contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
  • Perform assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and report to management on customer status and technical matters
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Exadata, RAC, and Grid
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain and document information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience implementing Exadata, Oracle Data Guard, Flash Copy, and Oracle RAC using Oracle OEM
  • Quick study ability to become familiar with the current environment in a relatively short period of time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8 years related experience prior to taking this position
  • Experience with Oracle's core products, applications, and tools
