Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees
  • Solve complex and critical customer issues with a high level of autonomy
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in IT or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Oracle products and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing Oracle Exadata, RAC, and Grid
  • Experience with Oracle Clusterware, ASM, and technical knowledge transfer
  • Experience with Oracle OEM and monitoring Oracle RAC
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $66,700 to $145,000 CAD per annum, depending on location and experience. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations.
