Job Summary

The Senior Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment, and performing backups and recoveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up and maintain equipment, including computers, printers, and other devices, ensuring they are properly installed and configured.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups of data and systems, ensuring business continuity in case of disasters or system failures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to staff, responding to their technical needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, with expertise in computer systems, networking, and software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
