Teva Canada is seeking a visionary Senior Director to spearhead our Generics Retail Sales business across the country.

Job Overview

This senior leadership role involves managing a sales organization and customer operations, including customer service, demand planning, sales analytics, and sales force effectiveness. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) and oversee a team of approximately 50 professionals across three departments.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of sales leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, preferably in generics, with strong knowledge of the Canadian retail pharmacy market. Your progressive leadership experience in functions such as marketing, product management, customer service, or supply chain is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong strategic and operational skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional sales teams and drive business success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute plans to grow generics retail sales, drive engagement, and enhance customer operations.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 50 professionals, with a focus on the national retail sales group.
  • Target Setting: Set sales goals, monitor performance, and drive initiatives to achieve revenue growth and successful product launches.
Your Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and qualifications required.
