Job Description

As the Manager of Cloud Operations, you will lead and manage our cloud infrastructure delivery team, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing application deployments, creating and reviewing automation scripts, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the cloud infrastructure engineering team, ensuring timely and effective completion of projects and tasks, including leading daily standups, tracking tickets, and ensuring delivery SLAs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing cloud environments effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku) and cloud management tools.
  • Strong expertise in cloud security, networking, and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
