We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in project management and team leadership to join our team in Kingston, ON.

This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario or have the ability to obtain registration through existing inter-jurisdictional agreements.

With a minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering design and planning, the ideal candidate will possess excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with clients, partners, and team members.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning civil engineering works, such as roads, culverts, drainage systems, onsite wastewater treatment systems, and stormwater management facilities using the latest software and best practices.

You will also lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.

Additionally, you will work closely with other engineers, technicians, contractors, and stakeholders by communicating effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
