We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hawthorne Place Care Centre Facility Inc. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational skills.

About the Role

This Administrative Coordinator position will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, opening and distributing mail, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and performing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information between staff members and departments
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

This role will require you to work on-site at our nursing home location. You will be required to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive health care plan, you will also receive free parking and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
