About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at AXIS Electric Supply, LTD. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing operational logistics, organizing tasks to accomplish work, and developing specific plans to prioritize. You will also be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

You will work closely with purchasing and inventory clerks, shippers and receivers, and coordinate their activities to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will require knowledge of dispatch management service software, inventory control software, purchasing software, human resources software, and Microsoft Office applications.

This role requires 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will have experience working in retail service establishments, private sector companies, and warehouse settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and objectives
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports

Required Skills:
  • Forklift Operator Certification
