About the Role

The Gift Card Coordinator will be responsible for managing gift card inventory, distribution, corporate customer orders, and reporting. They will work closely with the Guest Experience team to address customer inquiries and feedback related to gift cards.

  • Set up and maintain prospect and customer accounts
  • Manage corporate customer and internal orders
  • Maintain database records accurately, including customer, order, and inventory data
  • Monitor inventory levels at restaurants and corporate partners, working with restaurant operations teams and third-party gift card partners to ensure adequate gift card inventory is sent to restaurants/corporate partners
  • Facilitate the Recipe Dining Program, including onboarding, cancellations, internal inquiries, tracking employee surveys, and ensuring all gift card-related training documents are up-to-date
  • Initiate and/or complete assigned continuous improvement projects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Capable of producing reports by extracting and manipulating data from various sources
  • A flexible/hybrid work environment (3 days a week in office)
