About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to work closely with our product development team. The successful candidate will create technical user manuals, maintain and develop client-facing product and functionality guides, and present technical information in a clear and concise manner. The role also involves writing and updating training material and delivering product training to our customers.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in technical and business writing. You should have a university degree from a top Canadian institution and excellent investigative and critical thinking skills. Experience with Articulate and Microsoft Word and Excel is an asset. You should also be adaptable, able to work in both alone and in a team environment, and have strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical user manuals and client-facing product guides
  • Present technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Write and update training material
  • Deliver product training to customers
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
