**Responsibilities**
- Oversee Marketing Communications: This includes branding, public relations, press releases, advertising, social media, sponsorship and events, market research, and website design.
- Event Management: Plan and execute corporate events, marketing campaign, promotion, etc.
- Brand Awareness: Design, create, and deliver marketing materials to increase brand awareness and support the expansion and growth of the company’s products and services.
- Offline Material Management: Oversee and manage all marketing materials to ensure their availability and proper usage.
- Product Strategy Collaboration: Assist in the development of product strategies to elevate brand awareness, enhance product positioning, and deliver value-add materials.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with key individuals to provide communications. Assist in developing creative concepts and content for new marketing/communications vehicles.
- Store Visits: Regularly visit and inspect stores to ensure brand consistency, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improved marketing strategies. Collaborate with store managers for promotional events or campaigns.
- Collaborate with other Marketing Planners: Work alongside online marketing planners to ensure cohesive strategies across offline and online channels. This may involve joint campaigns, shared content, or leveraging insights from one channel to benefit another.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Must have 4-5 years of working experience in marketing planning or a related field.
- **Display Expertise**: Familiarity with window displays and in-store shelf arrangement is considered a plus.
- **Independence**: Flexible attitude and the ability to work independently.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Proven editing and writing skills with a track record of success.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptionally organized, collaborative, flexible, and an effective writer/editor who understands various media formats. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- **Driving**: Driving skills and a proper driver's license is required.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- **Language**: Mandarin is a must-have.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
