- ** Content Creation**: Write clear, concise, and compelling proposal content that effectively communicates our organization's services, strengths, differentiators, and value propositions. This includes crafting executive summaries, solution descriptions, methodologies, project timelines, and pricing sections.
- ** Proposal Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team and key stakeholders to develop documentation that aligns with client requirements and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on proposal structure, messaging, and win themes to enhance the overall quality and competitiveness of proposals/RFPs.
- ** Editing and Proofreading**: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, spelling, and formatting consistency. Ensure all written materials adhere to the organization's branding guidelines and maintain a professional tone.
- ** Others**:

- Utilize prior responses to write technically accurate and well-organized RFP responses
- Ensure each client requirement is answered in sufficient detail
- Understand technical details from the Engineering team and translate them into clear and concise information for clients
- Maintain the repository of RFP responses in accordance with established organization and tracking templates
- Review the current list of new RFPs and fill in the presentation template for Yay/Nay meeting

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in technical writing of IT documentation or similar role
- 2+ years of experience in proposal development
- Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information
- Experience in computer science or IT engineering preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Journalism, or related field preferred
- Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users' understanding
- Excellent communication skills reflected in the advanced and sufficient notice of issues or required assistance
- Experience with proposal response technology platforms is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English, reflected by a low error rate in written work
