The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread SoW content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring no ambiguity in the resulting contract.- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical, and legal teams, to gather necessary information and insights for contract development.- Project Management; Prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines.- Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate drafts for compliance with requirements and alignment with company standards.- Client Engagement: Occasionally engage with clients or potential clients to gather additional information or clarify proposal requirements.

Who You Are

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in proposal and contract writing, contract negotiations, or a related field.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent project management and time management skills.- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and contract terminology.- Attention to detail and strong editing and proofreading skills.
