Key Responsibilities- Lead the administrative team on site, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collect and manage data from online feedback surveys, participant information, and staff time sheets.
- Assist with the distribution and collection of seasonal staffing administrative documents.
- Review and update material resources, protocols, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with health and safety measures.
- Connect with registered families to develop rapport, address concerns, and assist front-line staff in adjusting programming to meet the needs of participants.
- Inform program families of important dates and document all essential communication regarding parental and/or participant concerns.
- Assist with the distribution of virtual and printed marketing materials.
- Serve as a role model to children and staff members, exemplifying leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Prior experience working with kids in a camp setting and experience working in an office setting with a focus on customer service.
- Maturity and ability to work independently.
- Dynamic leadership skills and ability to engage with staff.
- Ability to respond to new and changing situations.
- Safe, inclusive, and thoughtful approach to working with children and families.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and provide exceptional customer service.
