About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Reliable AOC Inc.

This is a permanent position, and we offer competitive compensation packages with salaries ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our office is located in a convenient location, and employees can enjoy free parking and on-site amenities.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, prioritizing work, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be required to assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background, preferably a college or CEGEP diploma, or equivalent experience. Your previous experience in this field of employment is also essential.

You should be available for shift or on-call work, willing to relocate for this position, and reside in proximity to the advertised location. It would be beneficial if you had previous experience in this field of employment and completed a higher level of study.
