Aera is a premier dining destination located on the 38th floor of The Well. Our restaurant features a cocktail bar, sushi counter, and luxuriously appointed dining room and rooftop terrace overlooking the city.

Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests.
\t- You will exude a warm and welcoming presence, in person and over the phone, even under the busiest of circumstances
\t - You will be confident in your communication with Servers, Bartenders and Managers to maintain proper guest flow throughout the restaurant.
\t - You will escort guests to their table, engaging them in friendly conversation
\t - You will be detailed oriented and accurately take reservations over the phone and in person
\t - You will understand that first impressions are everything and ensure that the front entrance, host stand and surrounding areas are fully stocked and free from clutter and debris.
\t - You will be fully versed in a short time and know all table numbers and maintain awareness of each section in the restaurant
\t - Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
\t- Proven prior experience in a similar position for at least 6 months
\t - High attention to detail
\t - Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
\t - Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
\t - Strong oral and written communication skills
\t - Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
\t - Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, restaurant experience considered an asset
\t - Full availability
