About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our bar team as a Bar Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, working closely with the FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with Servers, Hosts, and Bartenders to ensure seamless service.
  • Work efficiently to complete tasks quickly and accurately, maintaining a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the bar, adhering to our high standards.
  • Learn and execute proper opening and closing procedures for the bar.
  • Assist the team with polishing and organizing glassware, ensuring a high level of presentation.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain beer keg and liquor levels, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Support the FOH team with food running and interact with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
  • SmartServe certification is a must.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Enrollment or completion of a Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Special Events program is an asset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take direction and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and high level of product knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain a professional level of urgency and work well in a team environment.
