About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host to join our team at Aera. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, answering questions, and providing information about our restaurant and services.
  • Table Management: You will be responsible for managing the flow of guests and ensuring that tables are available and ready for service.
  • Communication: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with servers, bartenders, and managers to ensure that guests receive excellent service.
  • Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front of house area, including the host stand, entrance, and surrounding areas.
  • Teamwork: You will be working closely with the rest of the restaurant team to ensure that guests receive a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven prior experience in a similar position for at least 6 months.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Availability: Full availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
