Server Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Aera. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional dining experience of our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Service Support: Assist servers with food running, ensuring that plates arrive at the correct table in a timely manner.
- Section Maintenance: Monitor the cleanliness of your section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to maximize seating and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Sanitation and Safety: Follow all food safety standards and systems to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Housekeeping: Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of garbage and recycling in a timely manner.
- Guest Communication: Communicate any comments or information provided by guests to servers to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Experience: Prior proven experience in a similar position for at least 6 months.
- Certification: Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
- Skills: High attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure, organizational skills, ability to take direction and prioritize, strong oral communication skills, high level of product knowledge, and ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.
- Availability: Full availability, including AM & PM shifts and weekends/holidays.
