We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's commitment to quality and freshness.
- Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our guests receive prompt and friendly service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
